This User Agreement governs access to and use of the Yliway platform (“Yliway”, “we”).
By creating an account or using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted this Agreement.
To register you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid date of birth.
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts in case of breach of this Agreement or abusive use of the platform.
Yliway provides tools for professional profiles, skills, career paths, matching, and related features, including AI-assisted capabilities.
Some features may require a subscription or be subject to usage limits. Commercial plan terms are described on the relevant product pages.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g. CVs, descriptions, experience entries).
You grant Yliway a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display such content solely to provide the requested services.
You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the uploaded content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
You agree not to use the platform in an unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or bad-faith manner.
Attempts to compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the systems, as well as unauthorized copying, reselling, or exploitation of the services, are prohibited.
Services are provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law.
Yliway does not guarantee specific professional outcomes (hires, promotions, or matches) and is not liable for decisions you make based on platform suggestions.
You may request account closure at any time via settings or by contacting support.
After closure, we process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update this Agreement for legal, technical, or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, unless otherwise required by law.
